Goal: Fix outdated or corrupted app state.

  • Play Store, update the app. Settings, Apps, select the app, Storage, Clear cache.
  • Good: App opens and runs.
  • Bad: Restart the Chromebook.

Reinstall

Goal: Reset the app to a clean state.

  • Uninstall the app. Install again from the Play Store.
  • Good: App works.
  • Bad: Powerwash or check if the app is compatible with Chromebooks.
