Are you signed in with the same Google account as other devices?
Different accounts do not sync.
Check the profile icon. Same account: check sync settings. Different or not signed in: sign in with the correct account.
You can change your answer later.
Is sync turned on in Settings?
Sync must be enabled.
Settings > Sync and Google services. Turn on "Sync your Chrome data". On: check Wi‑Fi; sign out and in. Off: turn on and wait for sync.
You can change your answer later.
Sign in with correct account
Sign in: Settings > You and Google. Use the same Google account as your other devices.
Turn on sync
Settings > Sync and Google services > Sync your Chrome data. Turn on. Wait a few minutes for sync to complete.
Is Wi‑Fi working?
Sync needs internet. Open a website. If it loads, Wi‑Fi is fine. Sign out and sign back in to reset sync. If still failing, check managed device restrictions.
