Are all devices in the scene online?

Offline devices cause scenes to fail or run partially.

Check each device in the scene in the app. Good: all online. Bad: one or more offline—get them online first.

You can change your answer later.

Fix device connectivity

Get the offline devices back online. Then try the scene again.

Does the scene run when you tap it manually?

Running manually shows which device fails.

Tap the scene to run it. Watch which devices respond. Good: scene runs. Bad: some devices do not respond—fix those devices or re-add them to the scene.
