- Turn it On. Check the audio track if broadcast uses SAP.
- Good: Audio description enabled. Proceed to Check source and content.
- Bad: Still no description—check source device.
Check source and content
Goal: Confirm the source device has audio description on and the content supports it.
- Enable audio description in the cable box or streaming app menu.
- Confirm the content has audio description—not all shows include it.
- Good: Source description on and content has it. Description plays. Done.
- Bad: Still no description—check volume and power-cycle, or call a technician.
