Can I fix an app that will not open myself?
Yes. Run as administrator, set compatibility mode, repair or reinstall the app, add antivirus exclusion. If the app is from the Microsoft Store, reset it in Settings.
When should I call support for an app that will not open?
If repair and reinstall fail, the app shows a specific error you cannot resolve, or the app is work-managed and requires IT.
