Fix a Windows that has display that will not extend
We'll set Extend mode in Windows, check cables and drivers, and fix display when it will not extend.

- Win+P > Extend. Or Display settings > Multiple displays > Extend these displays.
- Good: Extend on. Bad: Click Detect; check cable.
Detect second display
Goal: Get Windows to see the second display.
- Display settings > Detect. Reseat cable. Try different port.
- Good: Second display detected. Bad: Update driver; try different cable.
