Steps
Goal: Get right-click working again.
- Restart Explorer from Task Manager.
- Good: Right-click works. Bad: Proceed to Disable shell extensions.

- Task Manager > Windows Explorer > Restart.
- Good: Right-click works. Bad: Test in Safe Mode.
Disable shell extensions
Goal: Find faulty context menu handler.

- Good: Culprit found. Bad: Check mouse; run SFC.
