Steps
Goal: Get the webcam working again.
- Confirm camera access is allowed and the app has permission.
- Good: Proceed to Check privacy and app permission.
- Bad: Allow camera and app.

Goal: Rule out privacy block.
- Settings > Privacy > Camera. Turn On. Allow your app.
- Good: Allowed. Proceed to Reinstall driver if still not working.
- Bad: Allow camera and app.
Reinstall driver
Goal: Reset camera driver.
- Device Manager > Cameras > Uninstall. Restart.
- Good: Webcam works. Bad: Hardware may have failed.

- Camera app shows video.
